Alumni Community

The friends you'll make as part of the Executive MBA for Strategic Leadership program are one of its most powerful and rewarding benefits. EMBA alumni share a strong bond, and we aim to help you keep that bond intact by staying in touch with each other—and with the program.

Once you graduate, our EMBA program office will connect you to a vital networking system that includes regular communication, special events, and continuing education. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with the larger community of University of Tennessee alumni.

EMBA E-newsletter

Once you and your classmates go your separate ways, you'll want to know when there's a big promotion, a job change, a move to a different city . . . or a baby, or a wedding. Our e-newsletter will keep you connected to your friends, the faculty, and other alumni of the program, plus offer the latest program news and information on upcoming events.

EMBA Events

The EMBA program hosts a number of events, including alumni get-togethers in different cities and EMBA alumni reunion weekends organized around home football games. Join us to catch up with your class and meet new people! For more information about upcoming events, please contact the program office at 1-800-486-EMBA or

Executive MBA Endowment Fund

The Executive MBA Class of 2001 started a generous endowment for the benefit of the Executive MBA program, with more than 90 percent of those class members contributing. Since 2001, every Executive MBA class has carried on the tradition. To donate, please visit the University of Tennessee online giving site or call the Haslam College of Business Office of Development & Alumni Affairs at 865-974-6083 and specify that your gift be designated for the Executive MBA Endowment Fund.
